Privacy policy: Whipple Racing Products respects your privacy. We do not share customer information with other organizations for marketing purposes. The information you provide will only be used to notify you about web site updates and special promotions.

If you would prefer not to receive mailings from us, please let us know.
We will remove your name from our mailing lists.
Customer Service Policy: Our customer service policy is to respond to your inqueries within a 24 hour period excluding weekends and holidays.
Return/refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied return the new/unused item in the original box prepaid within 30 days with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange minus shipping charges. Please contact Whipple Racing Products prior to any returns. All returned items will be charged a 20% restock/re-box fee. Send the package prepaid and insured (Fed Ex, UPS) to Whipple Racing Products, Attn: Returns, 4179 Schaffer Rd., Rapid City, SD. 57702.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order. Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours.
Delivery Policy: Most orders are shipped Fed Ex ground. We will try to accommodate any priority shipping requirements such as Next Day, 2-Day, Saturday, etc. Any priority shipping and orders outside of the United States will need to call Whipple Racing for rates on shipping and proper documentation.
Hazardous Material: Hazardous material must be shipped by ground at an additional $20.99 per item in addition to our normal shipping charges.
